Our office is located at 74A Australian Wharf on Collins Street. For your keys collection, please come to Melbourne Quarter at 628 Flinders Street between 9am to 5pm. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival only for Two-Bedroom Apartments and AUD 500 for 1 bedroom apartments. This will be collected by credit card on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be released in full by your card issuer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let us know your check in time in advance to avoid any issues. For after hours check in, please refer to the booking policy.
